As we enter a time of uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to reassure our customers of our absolute commitment to keeping things running as normally as possible. Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be doing everything we can to make sure that our high levels of service remain unchanged.
Our top priority is the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues. A number of our staff will be working from home but will still be able to communicate with customers via our usual telephone numbers. You can also contact us via email. Where colleagues do need to come into the office (such as our service engineers and logistics team), we have introduced shift systems and social distancing.
We may not be able to make site visits for installations or demonstrations in the coming weeks or months, so some delays are inevitable in this area. We are sure you will understand and assure you we will do all we can to resume a normal level of site visits as soon as the official advice allows.
