Numed launch Envisage Patient Check-in system with contactless QR code arrivals

Envisage Patient Check-in offers a range of features that will enhance the arrival experience for patients and help to streamline your practice. This includes contactless QR code arrivals, and full integration with the EMIS and TPP clinical systems.
The new system gives patients two ways to confirm they have arrived for their appointment. They can either enter their details on the check-in system screen, or use our innovative contactless QR code option.
QR code check-in allows patients to scan a QR code on the check-in screen using their smartphone and then enter their details using their phone to confirm they have arrived. This improves arrivals by allowing multiple patients to check in from a single screen at once, and helps to protect patient health and safety as they don't have to touch the screen to arrive.
Envisage Patient Check-in is fully integrated with the leading GP clinical systems from EMIS and TPP SystmOne, and is accredited and approved by NHS Digital. All Patient Check-in systems are supplied with a 21.5″ ELO Touchcomputer with a range of mounting options available, including wall mount, desk mount and floor stand solutions. Patient Check-in is also available through or unique rental option from just £55 per month.
