We made the mistake of buying a competitive system, it never lived up to the salesman’s promises, we returned it and bought the Cardiosoft system

The Manor Surgery serves a large and diverse community within the town of Headington a few miles from Oxford city centre. Needing to replace their old traditional cart type ECG system the surgery went on the hunt for an electronic device that utilised the PC’s within the treatment rooms. The practice staff had some specific features in mind when choosing.

• Easy to use
• Integrated directly into the medical record
• Compatible with electronic referral
• Future proof and fully endorsed by the patient record system provider (EMIS).

The practice deliberated for some time and in the end was convinced by a competitor system with claims that it matched all of the above and was a little cheaper. After several attempts to make the system do what was promised the practice returned the device and spent a little extra on the Cardiosoft solution. They have not looked back since.
